Villanova Music Festival

In 2009 Greenslopes Private Hospital was proud to be invited to support the Queensland Catholic Schools’ and Colleges’ Music Festival held over three days in August.

The festival provides the opportunity for all Catholic primary and secondary schools to perform in a wide range of choral and instrumental sections. Over the years it has grown into a major event with 2009’s festival, the 19th annual festival, including 333 ensembles from 83 schools, featuring 10,000 student performances. It is hosted by Villanova College and performances also took place at St James Church and St James School Hall in Coorparoo.
