Childbirth Education Our childbirth education programs are conducted on site by experienced midwives offering evening and weekend classes for pregnant women and their partner/ support person. The classes and information contained in this booklet will give you the opportunity to learn more about what to expect during pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding and caring for your new baby at home. It is important to book your classes by 14 weeks gestation. Bookings for classes are essential and can be made by phoning 07 3394 7900. Tours of the Maternity Service will be offered as part of the Childbirth Education Program.
