US Consul General Hugo Llorens made a special visit to Greenslopes Private Hospital in May to meet with Ratu (“Arthur”) Rayawa who was seriously wounded in a Taliban attack on Camp Gibson in Afghanistan on July 22, 2014 while working as a contract employee for the U.S. Department of State.
