DR ANOJAN (ANO) NAVARATNAM

Urologist
Dr Anojan (Ano) Navaratnam grew up in Brisbane later moving to Sydney to complete his medical
degree where he graduated with honours from the University of New South Wales. He then returned
to Brisbane to complete his formal urological training.
Dr Anojan (Ano) Navaratnam is a consultant Urologist who is a fully credentialed urological surgeon
with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He is a robotic surgeon with interests in urologic
oncology and endourology. He holds a senior lecturer position with the University of Queensland
Faculty of Medicine and mentors future urologists. Dr Navaratnam has extensive experience in
robotic, laparoscopic surgery and endourology.

DR TZU-YANG WANG

Haematology
Dr Wang graduated from University of Queensland with honours, subsequently completed his
specialist training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s hospital. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian
College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. He is heavily involved in
teaching as senior lecturer with the University of Queensland as well as physician training. In addition
he engages in clinical research at the Princess Alexandra hospital.
Dr Tzu-yang Wang is a locally trained clinical and laboratory haematologist who specialises in the
diagnosis and management of a range malignant and non-malignant blood disorders which include
abnormal full blood counts including cytopenias, acute/chronic leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma,
myelodysplasia, abnormal lymphadenopathy, myeloproliferative disorders, haemostasis and
thrombosis, iron deficiency/overload & haemoglobinopathies.
DR IAN CAMPBELL

Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
Dr Campbell completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at James Cook University in
Townsville. Following Dr Campbell completed his intern and resident years at the Royal Brisbane and
Women’s Hospital. He then attained a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine through James
Cook University followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy through the University of
Otago, New Zealand.
Dr Campbell completed his vascular surgery training at a number of Queensland tertiary medical
facilities including Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, The Townsville Hospital, Princess Alexandra
Hospital and Wellington Hospital in New Zealand.
He then completed his fellowship in Brisbane at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He was awarded
the Sam Mellick travelling fellowship and travelled to St Thomas’s Hospital London to gain experience
in deep venous reconstruction for chronic DVT.
Dr Campbell has continued to work in the public sector at Princess Alexandra Hospital and will also
offer private sessions to patients at Greenslopes Private Hospital.
