Dr David Miller is a QLD trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in foot and ankle surgery. He
has completed two years of subspecialty foot and ankle fellowship training in the United Kingdom.
David was awarded his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of
Queensland in 2007 and completed his residency at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. He
undertook his Orthopaedic surgical training in Queensland based hospitals and was admitted as a
Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2017.
David strongly believes in exploring both the conservative and operative treatment options for all
orthopaedic conditions. He works closely with other Doctors, Sports Physicians, Physiotherapists
and Podiatrists to ensure every option has been considered to provide optimal and timely treatment.

DR GAURI GOGNA

Palliative Care Physician
Dr Gogna initially completed her medical training in Dublin, Ireland finishing her medical degree
with honours in 2009. She then completed her FRACP/FAChPM training in palliative care medicine
in 2018 in Queensland, with experience across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This allowed for
experience with multiple specialists and multidisciplinary teams and has provided her with the skills
to manage patients with both malignant and non malignant disease processes. She enjoys working
in a multidisciplinary team and is passionate about providing holistic care for patients in both the
community and inpatient setting.
Dr Gogna has an ongoing interest in early integration of palliative care to provide holistic care for
patients with serious disease, and manage their often complex symptoms. This allows for ongoing
treatment to extend survival and improve overall quality of life. It also allows for patients and their
families to become familiar with, and receive support from, palliative care. She is also focused on
early advance care planning to facilitate maintaining patient autonomy and informed decision making.
DR JONATHAN CHAMBERS

Urologist
Dr Jonathan Chambers graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science and
a Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery. Dr Chambers also obtained his surgical fellowship in
Queensland. He has also completed a sub speciality fellowship in the field of minimally invasive robot
surgery at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in Brisbane.
Along with sub-speciality skills in robotic surgery, Dr Chambers is also highly proficient in the medical
and surgical management of kidney stone disease, management of urinary symptoms, men’s health
issues and general urology.
Dr Chambers is committed to providing an individualised and patient centred approach to the care
of his patients.
