10:30am – 1pm
3pm – 8pm

Family and friends are welcome to visit the Maternity Ward during designated visiting hours and are asked to be considerate to new mothers and babies. For more information on Visitor Parking please click here.

Partners are welcome to visit at any time. We understand what a special time in your life this is and we want to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible.

We offer double beds in 50 per cent of our rooms. Comfortable recliners are available in single rooms should partners wish to spend the night. There is no fee for partners wishing to spend the night.

Parking

The Multi Storey Car Park offers the closest access to Greenslopes Maternity Unit with six levels of secure, undercover parking. Entry is via Nicholson St or the main hospital entrance in Newdegate Street. Partners of maternity patients are offered FREE parking.

Maternity Emergency Drop Off

Car parks for mothers in labour are located near the main entrance as per the map on the right hand menu of this page.

Gift shop

Ramsay Pharmacy, located in the Main Foyer, offers a wide range of cosmetics, toiletries, chocolates and sweets, as well as gifts for mother and baby. Fresh flowers, newspapers, magazines, books and phone cards are also available for purchase.

The gift shop is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
