Dr Roess Pascoe completed his undergraduate training at the University of Queensland and graduated in 1982. He trained in Cardiology at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane from 1987-1990 and was a Visiting Cardiologist at The Prince Charles and Royal Brisbane Hospitals from 1991-1992. He was responsible for starting the TEE service at Royal Brisbane Hospital. Dr Pascoe then spent over 2½ years in the Echocardiography Department at the world famous Mayo clinic, before moving back to Brisbane in 1995.
